On 23aug2016 i have booked three tickets from flymantra website but didn't get any confirmation mail or message from airline or you. Payment is already completed. I have tried to call their customer care more than 50 times but it's not connecting and also tried to reach then via mail but not responding. So i want to you to registered a fraud case against them and process my refund to my account at your earliest. Also find attached documents with status as pending. Below are booking id, route, travel date & amount: fly[protected] blr to vtz (31oct2016) - rs 7703/- fly[protected] vtz to ccu (31oct2016) - rs 8544/- fly[protected] ccu to pat (31oct2016) - rs 5292/-
Today i got some contact number that rather than their customer care and their responses are worst then ever you heard from any fraud company.
