Yes my dear friend, this is very common with HDFC, and the worst thing is you keep on registering your compalints on their website but no one bothers to send you a reply....

Calls from HDFC Bangalore

I had a credit card with HDFC and I have used it only once ( Nov 2003 ) as per my Knowledge. The amount is 300+ . Its linked to my saving account and the payment should be automatically made. My savings account at that time has sufficient funds.

After 5 years they are now calling me and says I have to pay Rs 2000 and I have used my credit card for with drawing cash. ( Which I didn't do as per my knowledge ).

Unethical behavior for home loan preclosures

MY Name is Stephan and I have a home loan with HDFC(MA/1621340).. I am planning to go for another home loan worth 50L with HDFC, so I need to preclose my existing loan(11L). I managed to payout that 11L from my savings. I have given a cheque on 15Dec2007 and cheque got realised to HDFC on 20th Dec2007. My loan account got closed.. But till now I have not got my papers back. I have already made almost 20 calls. nothing is resolved, atlast...

Mental harassment & bad reputation

Dear Sir

I am a holder of saving bank account in HDFC Bank ltd and I hold a credit card of the same bank. Without any intimation or information to me, bank transferred my saving bank money to credit card outstanding, which was kept for my monthly installments of loans. My name is paresh i am using HDFC credit card from last 3 years and got relocated to Chennai.. i called up customer service to change my address on couple of occasions but they did'nt. my acct. no.[protected] at paradise branch code no[protected]:223174 my previous employer walsons from delhi had stopped payment during the month of sept/oct 2005 for the amount of Rs 3100/- or so. They, walsons is not persuing the case and are not the least bit bothered. I lost my wages of Rs 36000/- and now I have to run in circles to get the small amount of Rs 3100/- released. What do I do ? The bank will say get a NOC from walsons...

HARRASMENT OF HDFC CREDIT CARD DEPARTMRNT

Let me narrate you the things happened that day very clearly. I alongwith my friend Mr. K.V.Mohan visited M/s Mobile Hut Electronics Singapore on 18/06/07 and purchased the following items :-
1) Nokia N-95 with accessories
2) Sony Portable Playstaion with accessories

The above items total amount came to SGD 1,570.00. Firstly We were giving them him cash but the vendor insisted to pay the amount in credit card...

Very Very Poor Service - Due to lack of Knowledge taken 6 months to reject the application

Dear All,

HDFC is not able to give the porper service to the customer the reason is.

I Applied in the month of May for loan as nashik (as property at Nashik) with the processing fee and documents after one month HDFC rejected my application stating that I have to apply at kalyan branch as I am residing at Kalyan.

Disgusting Service

I had the worst experience in my life with HDFC bank, and I am expecting a response from a senior person from HDFC who would understand me.

I work as a support engineer in a BPO for Microsoft, An unfortunate incident happened with me when I was traveling by local train when I realized that someone picked my pocket and I lost my purse which contained 4 credit cards and Rs.650.00 my personal diary two debit cards and one ATM...

DD of hdfc bank, deposited at counter of hdfc bank, is not yet credited to my account.

I had deposited my DD at hdfc bank counter on 10/12/07..
DD was of hdfc bank itself, maximum of 3 days were asked for clearence.

- but till date there is no trace of my DD

- i complained to phone banker on 13 and since every day i contact them.... but no use.

- i personally contacted the branch manager-Ram Lulla 2-3 times.. the guy commited me to call me but i never...
