Dear sir, I had an accident on May2016 near Astha-Indoe Bhopal highway, I had contacted the claim department of Iffco tokyo,
I had to pay some extra money to the workshop where my car was being repaired, the extra amount was not arranged by me due to some financial troubles facing by me, the surveyor each time demotivated & insulted me regarding extra money. i contacted branch office and told it to Mr Bhatiya, but Bhatiyaji also supported suveyor ignored my problem. I was demanding some extra time to be given so that amount could be arranged,
This way 72 days passed, my file closed, From that day i repetatedly mailing to the web support, but my problem was not even heared
