My ecs was missed on 02nov2022.
I have paid my emi amount including cheque bounce charges on 07nov2022.
Then also nach occurred on 08nov2022 and my amount was debited twice.im trying to contact bank personnel through phone call, but no one is responding as it is customer care No and also it is chargeable call. Frequently it gets disconnected. There is no response for online complaint also.kindly adjust the amount for upcoming month or refund it ASAP.
