I purchased an iRelax massage chair (Model Number: SL-A50) from BODYLINE Sports on 30/10/2018. Despite minimal usage, the back massager motor failed, rendering the chair non-functional. Despite numerous complaints since then, no resolution has been provided. Technicians were sent, but their visits were unproductive, leading to further delays. The warranty expired due to these delays caused by the company's service. When a replacement motor finally arrived in 2022, it was discovered that the connectors didn't match the model.
