Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation — Online payment error - payment deducted payment is successful but receipt was not generated after payment I request

This is regarding unable to download receipt of Property Tax payment done on 26 April 2024. I have made payment by BHIM UPI of Rs 8415 on 26th April 2024 at 2:30 PM with Successful transaction but still its not reflecting on site also I am unable to download the receipt as its showing NO record Found.
I have visited to KDMC office in Dombivali. They are unable to find the record. Kindly look into it on priority basis.
