undue charges

i tried to book international tickets .the site was not at all informative. i slected no stop and went ahead and did the booking to dfind out later that no stop means it stops at one destination what a misnomer. when i checke the flight number it was not the no stop flight i wanted and i wanted to change the booking but demanded exorbitant price and when i asked to cancel arbitrarily charged 500 for not f doing anything...

Refund of the ticket never Booked

Dear Sir,
I also heard from few of our clients that while booking with MAKE MY TRIP they had similar problems.
However , the only alternative available to us is to go to consumer court and also claim for the torture for following hectic procedures with MAKE MY TRIP for refund of our money.

This web portals are more into cheating and deceiving individuals as they are aware of the fact that no one follows so much...

Money charged for the ticket never booked

Hi All,
This is to make everyone of you aware of the day light robbery by makemytrip, the famous airline ticket booking portal.

On 10th of Feb'08, I tried to book an airline ticket from Ahmedabad to Mumbai with GO AIR through makemytrip using my AXIS bank netbanking. Though the amount of Rs 2525 got debited from account but I didnt get the ticket. When I contacted the customer care on 11th Feb, after making...

Refund/Cancellation

Last Year, in October,2006, I bought a return ticket from Miami to Mumbai, at $1222. They were paper tickets which were supposed to be sent to my Florida address. Since the paper tickets never came to my houe(they said it was sent by USPS, and they do not take customer's sign for verification), I asked for a cancellation. MakemyTrip said that if I cancelled and bought new tickets through them, they would ensure that my refund is obtained...
