Hi,
since i admitted in Yashoda hospital, I applied for cashless claim and it got rejected. I tried to contact customer care and raised a request (Service request No 8710808 - to know why my claim is rejected). After six days i received a message saying it is automatically closed but i didn't received a call from doctors or anyone else. I tried to reopen the service request on 08-June-2022 again but after customer care person attending the call and knowing the request number they are disconnecting the call and Not reopening it. This is repeated 3 to 4 times. (Timing from 9 pm to 10.30 PM).
So my issue is not resolved and they are torturing me by not addressing my issue and not trying to log a complaint.
I have to pay 70 thousand rupees for my hospitalization and also need to discontinue from the hospital because of lack of money
