Money Recovery

Dear Sir,
Kindly I wish to inform you that somebody had given me life insurance scheme in March-2008 of premium Rs.60000/-per annum.I had given Rs.30000/-(Thirty Thousand Only), but due to some personal reason i am not able to pay further installment.
So i want my money back and for this I have given information to MAX NEWYORK Office but they are not giving any response regarding this.

Refund of RS 2500/-

with reference to the above subject i have paid the amount rs 2500/- by cheque no 057126 dated 26/10/2005 of icici bank goregoan east branch mumbai and the same was clear from my bank on 26/10/2005. this amount was paid to the insurance company with proposal form. but till now i have not yet received the policy pack or any feedback from the company. i applied to the company for the refund of my money on 9th may 2008. with this regard we...
