I brought Me N Moms breast feeding electric pump on 27th April 2024, my son is of 7 days only due to which he is finding feeding difficulties due ro which I brought the pump from wellness pharma..the pump started misbehaving it was not getting charged and working for 5 min only.
I went to wellness pharma for replacement, they asked to connect to customer care. Care asked to visit near Me N Moms store and replace it. Visited the store and they said this model is not in manufacturing since 6 months.
Again I connected to customer care executive then she asked to go to wellness and ask to replace.
I added the wellness person on call and they started to discuss and suddenly they started fighting on this topic.
during the conversation wellness person was not ready to take it back as he was having doubts that Me N Moms will refund the amount.
Me N moms are executive directly dropped the call, I called her 10 time but no response.
