I bought my MICROSOFT Xbox Wireless Controller Daystrike Camo Special Edition Bluetooth Gamepad from Flipkart as a Birthday gift to myself.
After about a month & a half later it started facing disconnectivity issues. It was in warranty so I sent the whole thing including the remote device in the box with the batteries & other accessories to Microsoft through FedEx as they asked.
They told me my device was accepted for the return & they'll be sending a replacement device which I later came to know is a refurbished one.
I waited for the same & when it was delivered they just sent back a device with no batteries, no original box & no accessories just the device in a bubble wrap in a FedEx delivery box. I complained about the same but there's no resolution even a month later.
These big companies treat Indian customers as third-class people & I've stopped recommending anyone I know from buying Microsoft products.

I'm attaching the Invoice as well as the Microsoft device acceptance email as well as the support representative's last email communication.
Desired resolution for me will be a full refund, they can take back this refurbished device & I don't want any business with Microsoft anymore. But since that is highly unlikely that they'll do that, I would at least request them to send me all the accessories at least.
