I am a customer of NDPL - TPDDL, it has been over 2 months since our street light is not working and we are chasing TPDDL. We have raised multiple complaints on their customer care and visited the TPDDL office many times. But there is no resolution.
In reference to complaints registered (Complaint Numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. Every time their team says, the issue will get resolved within 48 working hours. but no one bothers about customer complaints). There are instances due to the absence of light people met with an accident and had major injuries.
The same was communicated with TPDDL, but still, there is no action.
Please look into this concern or suggest, how we can post to some other service provider.
