The worst experience with no broker. I will give zero stars for their services.
Because of them, I lost more than 70k.
I gave my flat on rent through one of nobroker's plans.
But when the tenant vacated my flat, he had damaged a lot of things in my flat and I was under the impression that nobroker would check the flat before returning the deposit amount. But they did nothing and I had to spend over 70k to repair the damage...

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention some significant concerns related to the ongoing project Vignesh-7783492.
1. Missed Deadline: The project, which commenced on July 22, 2023, was initially committed to being completed within 60 days, i.e., by September 22, 2023. Unfortunately, this timeline has not been adhered to, causing considerable inconvenience.

I want to express dissatisfaction with the recent furniture work carried out by your team. Despite our patience and a waiting period of 20 days, the end result is far from satisfactory. The defects in the wardrobe are numerous and unacceptable:
