Hi, My wife had ordered flowers for me through phoolwala.com on 14th feb'14 and asked them to deliver it to me on 14th feb.they didn't deliver the same on 14th feb and I got a call from their executive on 15th feb that he is coming to deliver the flowers, I asked him that he was supposed to deliver it on 14th, he said he will check it with his company and will call me back. i neither got any call back nor they delivered the flowers on 15th as well. I spoke to customer care but they refused to refund my amount Rs. 857/- i feel like cheated and i need your help in getting the refund. its not about money, its about cheating the customers.
