On 1st march 2024 I have submitted RPSC computer programmer form for that I submitted the fees through net banking the amount got deducted from my account but it was not showing in the OTR payment receipt and while applying again asking for OTR payment. It was the last day to submit the form so I have resubmitted the fees from another bank account through UPI. It was also successful and was showing in the receipt also finally 2nd time payment and form submission was done but even after 9 days I did not receive the refund of 1st payment even after mailing to helpdesk they didn't reply.
Please look into such matters seriously as we aspirants are not that rich to pay for such expensive forms twice.
