Dear Sir/ Madam,
I ordered a product from Reliance Digital website on 05-Apr-2024 named "Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro" amounting INR 25, 749 (Rs. 33, 749 - Rs. 8, 000 instant discount for EMI) under Debit card EMI scheme but due to delay in delivery and no updated regarding order from Reliance Digital I cancelled the order on 09-Apr-2024 which was within their timeline and intimated bank on 10-Apr-2024 to cancel the EMI. Later when I checked with Bank it was informed that EMI cannot be cancelled as refund is not yet received and as per Reliance terms refund is processed within 7 days. I am following up with their team from almost 2 weeks on the same issue for refund not received but they are not providing any update on that and neither their customer support team is able to answer. Till as of today I have neither received any refund nor any update. I tried every way possible to escalate this issue but no one took it on priority. This has caused me the erroneous EMI deduction for which the product I cancelled and did not received.
I request your kind intervention in solving this issue and getting the refund back on urgent basis as this has already caused me mental stress. Was this information helpful? |
