Santro Driving School — inappropriate touching and demanding extra money

The had joinee driving class sometime back.
The driver asif, told me : the parent company santro-driving-school has asked not to handover the driving vehicle in the hands of candidates. But i will still teach you, by giving full control. And you need to pay me 1000.
And he said, this is how our policies are. We don't teach the candidate completely. But i will still, and asked for 1000 rs.
