Hi, I ordered Dr. VAKU shockproof case for S10plus mobile for Rs 809. 10 on 09/10/2021 at 3.28 pm. The amount was debitted from my account but the site said that payment was unsuccessful. Kindly update if my payment was received and whether my order got placed or else kindly refund my amount. Soon after the payment was done through UPI i was redirected to the cashfree page where it said the order was unsuccessful but amount was deducted . Doubt if this business site is a scam.Very bad site. They cannot even send a link to track orders or to customer query tickets.
