Shadowfax — I am complaint about product delivery

Sir i'm ordered a product in May 1 when the time i'm make the order its says that the product should reach on me at May 11. But till this date (May 16) the product has not reached me. But by looking at the status it is known that the product reached your kollam office on 7 th may.
AWB No : SF[protected]AJI and Phn No: [protected] please solve my problem. Immediately. I Need my product
