Shine India Trip — Pathetic customer service

They called me so many times to ensure i pay them advance, as soon as i asked for refund, their behavior changed. Ms pratibha was talking to me as a representative and when i asked for refund she started saying this is not her job and finance department will do. Its been more than 2 months, i had applied for refund and they have not yet updated. Their talking tone changes, customer which means everything to them unless he makes payment, suddenly becomes a beggar as he asks for refund. I am happy i am cancelling my trip with them, i could imagine how pathetic it could have been with their service.
