Ordered online @Shoppersstop.com on 20th January 2024. Though Shoppers stop promises delivery within 3-5 business days, it has been more than 20 days that this order has not been delivered.
I am chasing customer service to initiate a refund as they are not able to deliver the product however despite they are accepting that something has goofed up with logistics and they will initiate a refund, till date the refund is not initiated. I speak to customer support almost every day and apart from assurance that the logistic team is sorting this matter this has not been resolved yet.
I have two support tickets raised for this issue - case #'s - CAS[protected]V1V5L9 and CAS[protected]V1V5L9. but there is no response returned from customer support team.
This is very frustrating as such a reputed brand has no value for their customers.
