I had purchased apparels of Rs. 12571/- from online Mango Site of Savadika Retail Pvt Ltd on 12.06.2021 Order ID #3351 and made payment through my SBI Internet Banking and out of which purchase of 2 items of total Rs. 4936/- was cancelled by the seller and against which the seller had initiated refund of Rs. 4936/- on 01.07.2021 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account within 5-7 days.
I checked my account on 28.01.2021 but the amount was still not credited in my SBI account, I followed up with seller and they informed me that they have processed the amount and
shared the Refund reference id and Refund reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. Every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller side and asked me to contact my bank. I even contacted my home branch but they didnot supported in this matter. Please find the details provided by flipkart as a confirmation that the refund has been successful.

I have called the SBI customercare to trace the amount but my sbi banker says I myself should contact seller as they do not have any tools to trace refund reference number.
Please help me out of this I have been calling seller and SBI multiple times still I am facing the same issue, kindly do the needful to credit the refund to my account.
May be the transaction is pending please clear this
