Tata Broadband — Tata reps are frauds!!! Nitin [protected] fraud complaint~m25507684

A Tata rep called Nitin ([protected]) promised us a connection. He took Rs 600 cash and all the paperwork and has now disappeared. He doesn't answer his phone anymore. Despite repeated emails to Tata, we've had no apology nor a solution! I'm surprised Tata is OK with their reps conning customers like this! Any professional company would surely take serious and immediate action against their employee for fraud! How do they expect customers to trust them when they hire liars like Nitin?

oh wow! More lying! I suggest you take a look at your inbox again. There have been over 25 emails from me chasing you up. However apart from 'we'll look into it' and a dozen calls to tell me you're not the right department to deal with, I haven;t received any response whatsoever!

For the record as I�d like this in writing:

You rang today to tell me you are not the appropriate department to deal with my request. There was no solution offered in any shape or form. So I fail to see the reason of your call.

I have emailed (and copied) several email addresses on this email as I�m sick and tired of getting passed around from one �department� to another with nobody taking responsibility or sorting out the issue. I hope between all of you you�ll be able to sort out who�s responsibility it is to address and deal with this issue.

I don�t have the time or the patience to chase you guys anymore. Had your company been professional, the issue would�ve been sorted out by now. However it�s not even been addressed!

As far as I�m concerned, your representative Nitin has taken my money and disappeared. That is plain and blatant fraud! It�s not a huge amount so I�ll consider that money lost now as you refuse to do anything about it. I will however, for the sake of other customers, post this email and all replies I�ve received saying �you are unable to help as it�s not the right department� along with the conversation I had with Hena on all the consumer sites I can find so they are more careful before they sign up. Needless to say I�ll be putting up Nitins name and phone number as well.

It�s a shame representatives from a company like Tata resort to stealing and no action is taken against them.

Read my complaint again before you respond. If you do, you’ll realise my connection is not active yet which means I have NO ACCOUNT NUMBER!

This complaint is regarding fraud and I have provided the representatives name and phone number. I hope you really are “all ears” and actually address the issue in the next reply.

I completely fail to understand what details you want! As I've already mentioned on my emails I HAVE NO ACCOUNT NUMBER AS YOU NEVER GAVE ME A CONNECTION!!!
You already have the mans name and number who took off with my money!!! What more do you need?!?!? Ring him and ask him WTF is going on!

For other customers reading this, this is exactly the kind of run around Tata has been giving me instead of sorting out the issue. It's been nearly 3 weeks now and they haven't even managed to figure out what the problem is!!! Nor have I received any apology from Nitin. You'd think that's the first thing they would do, ask their rep to ring and apologise!!!
