This connection ([protected]) is more than an year old. I can't make phone call on any landline numbers, i have complained multiple time but to no avail.
Please take necessary action to solve the issues.
The landline connection has been provided with a promise for broadband service which was also not provided initially. But after some i started observing that my broadband connection has internet connection but somebody else is using it (This because i had not installed any model till that time). I requested them to disconnect my internet service and investigate the case which never happened. I would request you to please take up this case as there are too many loopholes.
