The Big Book Box — Bought something, they never delivered

The timeline:

April 2023: I buy and pay for the book box. I buy two, one for me. One to gift to a friend.

June 2023: planned shipping. Nothing happens. Around this time [IIRC] they launch a page where you can see the status of their shipments. My book [Babel from R.F. Kuang] is never on there.

August 2023: I e-mail them asking them why the books have not been shipped yet. They reply back quite fast and tell me that 'the shipment of books they got were damaged and they were in no state to be send out to customers and therefor it would take a while longer, expected to ship in december'.

December 2023: I ask if there is any update. They say that they will ship before the end of the year.

March 2024: Still nothing. No shipping updates + my account no longer exists. I can't log in to check anything because they account with my attached e-mail is gone. They reply back saying that they are sorry about the delay but they will ship by the end of March 2024 without a doubt.

Mid April 2024: Still nothing. I e-mailed them but ONLY get those automatic messages you get when you mail a company. The 'we will get back to you soon!' + a ticket number
