Uberlyfe — relaxation chair

We purchased a chair from uberflye on 21/04/2024 worth Rs.10, 000/-. It was delivered on 1/05/2024. My order number is 11438. When I received my product, it was in fine condition but just after 2 uses, we heard a snapping sound of a spring sort of noise. Since then, the back of the chair does not fold or adjust position that it was supposed to, the back is unstable and tilts to the right. The product has a one-year warranty, but we are unable to reach the company. They do not have any contact number or email ID mentioned on their website. The website does not process our request for them to call us back either. I would hope the company adheres to their warranty policy and either replaces our product or arranges for repair.
