[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — Problem in getting OTP

I registered in https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with invalid mobile number (mobile number from Nepal) so i didn't get the OTP, now when i am trying to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login neither i got OTP verified. I am stuck here.

I need to get some documents URGENTLY. Please help.
