This is Salman M from trichy, I travelled from trichy-chennai on 23.04.2024 in YBM TRAVELS, I booked an AC SLEEPER, TN 05 CR 0237. During this trip, AC was not working from the beginning till I reached Chennai. me and my co passengers suffocated without AC for almost 7 hours of my trip and I drenched in sweat also. I enquired about this to the driver, he casually said it was a LOOSE CONNECTION issue. Then I enquired with the YBM customer care, they said they will change the bus shortly, but they did nothing for us ( whole passengers ) and didn't pick my call later and I reached chennai in that same bus by sitting NEXT TO THE DRIVER without sleeping for the whole night.
