As we hired a Zoom car for two days. We have uploaded documents aadhar card, and driving licence in the application. At the time of Photo taking application is not working. And the application is directly closed down. Due to this, we have already paid amounts to Zoom car as well as to the owner of the car. Profile verification Pending, app issues

Hi,
Am having profile validation error, I verified my Aadhar, DL and when I tried to upload the selfie, the app closed automatically. Had a word with customer service person called Abdul Naveen, he confirmed that it is an app issue from backend. He asked to connect next day after 10am but nobody responded.
My trip was planned from 24-Dec-2023 to 25-Dec-2023 but now the date has passed and I cancel the booking also. My money...

I booked a zoom car through their website through my email ID . The telephone number I had is old and not active anymore and hence logged in through my email ID . Now I am not able to do anything with my booking and it says go to the mobile app to cancel or reschedule . I obviously cannot login through the mobile app since my number is not active for OTP and it wont allow to login through the email ID . I am not able to also change my telephone...

Car is not returned post booking and application showing as booking completed

The booking was started on 24th December2023 2PM and needs to be ended on 25th Dec 5 AM. But the car didnt returned till now and application is showing as booking has been completed and asking to rate the client and fill the end checklist. There is no option on the zoom car host app to report the same and only giving options to end the checklist. No Customer care support

Hi,

I have kept my car in zoom car host and I got booking on[protected]:00AM with ID.JPSNIW41O from Mr.Suraj (M.[protected] &[protected]) for 2 days i.e. till[protected]:00PM. But today is[protected] and till now my vehicle is not returned by the above guest and not responding over phones.

Refund Not processed for the breakdown of car

Customer care made me take actions that led me to being blacklist

Host committed Fraud

Profile being blacklisted

I am not able to book zoomcar coz it shows that my profile has been blacklisted for some reason. I tried to book it with different number bug then my license gets rejected. The customer care number does not respond neither does email. Very poor service by zoomcar....

I had made a zoomcar booking, details below.

JPSNIJHKC (Fri, 15 Sep, 08:00AM to Sun, 17 Sep, 08:00PM)

I received the host details and the location previous night and confirmed details for pickup and other formalities.
Over the midnight while I was travelling to the place I got a message from the host saying his car met with accident last week and the zoomcar is having a bad customer care for the same....
