Am having profile validation error, I verified my Aadhar, DL and when I tried to upload the selfie, the app closed automatically. Had a word with customer service person called Abdul Naveen, he confirmed that it is an app issue from backend. He asked to connect next day after 10am but nobody responded.
My trip was planned from 24-Dec-2023 to 25-Dec-2023 but now the date has passed and I cancel the booking also. My money...

I booked a zoom car through their website through my email ID . The telephone number I had is old and not active anymore and hence logged in through my email ID . Now I am not able to do anything with my booking and it says go to the mobile app to cancel or reschedule . I obviously cannot login through the mobile app since my number is not active for OTP and it wont allow to login through the email ID . I am not able to also change my telephone...

The booking was started on 24th December2023 2PM and needs to be ended on 25th Dec 5 AM. But the car didnt returned till now and application is showing as booking has been completed and asking to rate the client and fill the end checklist. There is no option on the zoom car host app to report the same and only giving options to end the checklist.
