1 Cbpo — non payment of maturity benefit of policy number aps-ae-334424-lc

Dear sir/madam,
I submitted all requisite documents including aadhar card, pan card, li 9 (B) form, neft mandate form and cancelled cheque for claiming maturity amount of above mentioned policy number to 1 cbpo through 949 fpo but till date i have not been given my money which is due to me since date of maturity 16 oct 2017. Kindly assist.
