There is no response whatsoever from the company. I ordered the oil two times, once on cash on delivery and it's been more than 3 weeks already and there is no response. Then I checked and they mentioned on the website that prepaid orders get fulfilled earliest so then I ordered the oil on prepaid, which means I have already paid the money. And as soon as placed the prepaid order I got a message that they will deliver the cash on delivery order. There is no option to cancel the order and there is no customer support except one mail they provided which I believe is unmonitored. I have been trying to contact them on this mail constantly but there is no response. I am definitely not paying for the order again even if it arrives. I don't want the oil now they can keep it for themselves, I want my money back. Please help, I require my money back. Worst service ever.
