[Resolved] 10 Days Hair Oil — not delivering

I placed the order of 5 bottles of 10day hair oil last month and the amount rs.1600 got deducted. But still they did not deliver my goods

The order# 584130

If i track the order: "order received fresh oil is getting packed ready for dispatch" this status is showing since day1...

But not yet dispatched and i have not yet received the oil

Kindly do the needful
