10 Days Hair Oil — Product returned to Rathira Ayurveda and neither present nor refund transferred

I have ordered 6 bottles of hair oil on 2nd Sept 21, however, the same was returned back to Rathora Ayurveda in Tamil Nadu.
But neither did I get the refund not the shipment was resent.
The order IDs were - 1413593 which as per the tracking site is 779613 and 1413597 which is also 779614

Pls help ASAP
I am trying to get support since more than 15 days now.
