I was one of the online purchaser from 100bestbuy, delhi since last 03 years, but due to non shipment of my product as per my order or shipped the product as per their choice due to non-availability of my required product at their stock without any information to me, though i have paid the cost of product through my debit card in advance. However, on submitting complaints through email they have replied to me that you please return the product and we will return back your money with shipping cost of returned product & in this way i will get a sum of rs.4235.00 only being the cost of my products with credit point given by them. Now it is learnt that the said company is closed their business. So, i would therefore request you kindly to take up the matter with the 100bestbuy, delhi, so that i may get my money refund from them at any cost.
