[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Money not refunded

Dear sir, On my computer screen it pop up that you are lucky number 100, you can win samsung galaxy s-3 mobile. Pay 599, you may win this mobile or your money will be refunded. We have paid the money on 01/07/2013 through credit card. We wait for long time but nothing has been informed in jan 2014 we tried to contact them for the result of lucky draw or the payment refund. They ask for payment proof which has been provided as the copy of credit card statement, then they requested a copy of email that they have send, but we never received any email from them, so how can we provide the copy of this. After some communication they stop replying and keep quite. We request you to please arrange to recover the money. First of all we thank you for the Consumer Complaints forum for their help with which we are able to recover our money in terms of credit points. We have received email ([email protected]) and call from 100bestbuy and demanded for the payment proof which was submitted again then they offered us money in terms of credit points which was used on their online store to purchase the item even though the item not worth the money on their store. Thanks for the support and action by 100bestbuy.com

I have ordered iBall Raaga 2.1 Q9 Speakers on 17th November 2014. Ref no is 33012829... But my order was rejected... But amount is not credited to me. I have called to customer care 3 times. Every time when I called they said today we'll ship your item it seems. I have mailed them 4 times in past 3 months but no response from them... kindly help me for the same..
