100Bestbuy.com — Refund of my cancelled trip | |||||
I had booked 2 tickets for traveling from jaipur to gurgaon on 25th june 2017, through mahalakshmi travels on 11-15pm. But on 24th june 2017, i got confirmation from bus operator, as well as redbus (Verbal), that the bus has been canceled & accordingly i have booked ticket in another bus on the same day. But till date, i have no confirmation of refund or cancellation of the same in redbus app & website. Please note i'm facing lot of difficulties because of this. If this is the first experience in facing whole doing business with redbus, then in future i'll not use redbus for any trip whatsoever. Please help me get the refund as soon as possible.
