I worked in this company happily for 14 months (17th of oct 2016 to 31st of dec 2017), employee code-000316. Without prior notice company wind up its patna branch without giving single day notice & salary. On 31st of december 2017, avp called after our official hour was over at 6.45 pm & said that they are not going to run the patna branch from january 2018 in an unofficial manner & said our salary will be credited on 7th of january 2018 but we waited for the same but as usual no salary came. After calling many times to hr then she said full and final will be done within 45 days, we waited for that also. According to 45 days, it was mid of february but we waited till end of february but no response from them. And didnt give me appraisal as well as relieving letter also. We have called many times to the head office regarding our salary clearance and incentive and pf also but neither hr nor admin received the call or if they recieve then they use to disconnect it without hearing anything.
Also i want to add that my pf hasn't been credited in my pf account from july 2017 after that they didn't deposited my pf.

I am attaching my offer letter as a proof of my employment and the last salary slip after which they didnt paid me for the month of december 2017 and the clause in which they mentioned to compensate the salary in lieu of termination without notice.
Beware of this company.
I need my salary & incentive asap.
