I had booked my bike for transport. Before booking, they had promised door to door delivery of my bike. They had sent a person to pick up the bike from my place. After 4 days i received a call from a warehouse near the destination that my bike has reached there and i need to come and pick it up. That place is around 20kms from the final destination address. I called the office of 24hrscarbhejo and now the guy started saying that the delivery was till godown only and not door to door. Now i need to spend extra to send the bike to final destination. Please be careful while using this transport company. Their promise of door to door delivery is fake and once they dump your bike at destination warehouse, you will have no option but to spend extra money to get it yourself. I have used dtdc earlier for bike transport and their door to door delivery is perfect. Please stay away from this company if possible. Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked our bike to ship on 17 june 2020. Today it's 08 july 2020 but i still didn't get my bike. No official knows where is exactly the bike. No one here to respond once they taken the money. They all make fake promises about the fast delivery. I have tried to call them but no one is responding even they are not even messaging or calling back. They don't know how to handle and talk to their customers.
Let's hope when I will get my hope.
I will suggest don't prefer this shipping agency. I think any other will work better.
It's 20 days today but still I didn't get even the exact location where exactly is my bike.
Guys do a proper survey before signing with any agency especially with this.
Beware of this guys.

I booked them for transporting my bike from Noida to Panipat on 28th of August'20(Friday) which they assured me will be delivered the next very day. My bike got picked up on 29th August'20(Saturday) and I paid them 50% "as discussed before the deal" with one of them (Rajvant Kaur). They have been making excuses and delaying the delivery so far.
It's 1st of September'20(Tuesday) today and I haven't received my bike. They stopped picking my calls and responding to my messages. I tried calling from a different number and they picked up immediately giving me the same excuse and delaying the delivery. I warned them that I'll get a complaint lodged against them if they don't deliver the next morning to which they replied to do whatever I please.
One of their guys (Kapil) messaged me soon after to transfer the remaining amount first and only after which I'll get the bike delivered. I asked him to "deliver the bike first and hand me the key only after I make the remaining payment" which he didn't accept. He kept asking me to make the remaining payment first or pick the bike up from their office in Gurgaon.

I regret o[censored]sing 24hrscarbhejo.com, my mobile phone was stolen from my home when they came for packing my households and when I received the courier, my umbrella was missing from the packed boxes. And on complaining they only say we will check mam. Disgusting. I would strongly recommend not use 24hrscarbhejo.com.

24hourscardeliver.com is om logistics both are same company. This company is not fake but has a less number of employees working so you might face delay in responses and other issues. Related to bike my bike got delivered in good condition within a week so no issues with that too. It's not a door to door pickup service. They will pick up the bike for you then you will have to collect it from their office. This company has a tie up with spoton.com it's another logistics company with excellent service it also has a different customer service team (in case you have not made a booking yet please book directly from spoton.com with half fee in rate) basically 24hourscardeliver is a third party vendor working with other vendors to deliver your goods. They take commission. You will receive the delivery in good condition but can take upto a week. So if your bike is picked up and you are receiving delayed responses from the service team, do not worry they are like that only. You should keep tracking your parcel with the id given always. This is an honest review and I gave half payment once I was able to track the parcel, half was given when I reached office. So do not worry you will receive the bike surely, company is not fake but service replies are worst. Just posting this comment as I was really worried after reading all the negative comments. 24hrscarbhejo.com is the most ### Company in the market. They dented my Fridge, they broke my Double Bed and no Coverage for that until now. They lost my Stuff costing 1800/- They dented my Car and broke my Car AC Vent and leaked my AC gas and not ready to Refund costing me 9500/- Total Loss of 11300/-
They are the Biggest Liars, Frauds and Cheats in short CHOR Company. They have opened the other company by the name of Carbhejo.com and other servicemen in the same market told me that- "Iss company ka maalik Kapil market ke logon ka 5-6 lakhs maar ke baitha hua hai."
