Hello All, I ordered 7 products from http://www.24sevenindia.com. I got a faulty earphone and incomplete kitchen apron set. Kitchen apron set was not delivered with the gloves. Order Details: Order ID: 63436 Date Ordered: 02/07/2014 Product description: 1.Quantum QHM555 Blue Earphones Stereo Powerful Bass QHM555Blue 1 -One side ear phone is not working 2.Style Kitchen Apron With Heat Proof Oven Glove Apron Set 1 -Only got apron without the gloves. 3.Plier + Tester + Electrical Insulated Tape Electric Combo 1 -Tester is of very low quality. I tried to log a complain from return option given on there site, but unable to do that from the portal. Also have tried an online chat, but there was no response. After 3 to 4 days, I got a reply and they told to me returned back products to validate of they are faulty and then he will take appropriate actions. Now I don't understand how they will find a fault in missing Hand gloves. Also how can I bear the cost of courier charges. They should check and verify the products before sending it to me.
