Your product pest repeller + health care system purchased by me is not having any kind of effect on that machine which is used almost everyday with the help of the electricity and the cockroach, etc., are still there as it is and the product is of no use of now. Can you replace it or refund the money back to me to avoid filing complaint at the earliest. A mail was also sent to them but no use and no response as on today.
