We took membership in the month of August 2015. On 20th august on their promotional offer they invited us. We went around 8:30 pm.They explained about their package and total amount is 60, 500/- for 5 years. They said that we can go for holidays throughout the year. There is no proper period. Secondly they said that if we feel uncomfortable or any other issues, we can cancel membership and 500/- will be deducted from whole amount. After one hour around 9:30 pm they came with agreement paper (MOU). We were ready to take membership. When we started to read MOU, they said they are providing a copy of this, no need to worry. We filled everything in the agreement paper. After that they asked for payment. We told them that we cannot go for holidays this year because our son is in tenth. Then they said this package will forward to next year. We asked for EMI for payment. They said they have an option. We done payment through credit card. We get agreement copy by email. They packed receipt and other pamphlet in an envelope. Around 10 pm we came back to home. Next day I received a message of payment and confirmation message will come after 3-4 days. Next day when saw their receipt we were shocked. They swiped entire package amount in stead of EMI. We rushed to their office and asked about this. They said that they have this option only. We asked agreement signed by me. Then they said you get its copy, it is already in Chennai. They gave Xerox copy of agreement. We argued there only for seal and sign. But they said, it is MOU after 15 days we will get signed welcome kit. After coming home I read MOU again shocked, In MOU they mentioned that after seven days we can't cancel membership. Next day we rushed to their office and enquired about what they said and mentioned is totally different. They denied all and whatever told as in agreement. We asked them for cancel the membership and refund money. Mr. Manoj mishra (manager) started talking rudely. As mentioned in agreement membership can't cancelled. Problems during booking or after, we can cancel the membership. We put complaint to Swapnil Gautam (CEO) and contacted on their helpline. But nobody responded properly. Now they closed their Thane office calling as head office. Complete thane team left the job. When we contacted Zubeda and others, no body was receiving our call. We want to go for police station and lodge complaint. If anybody have same problem, please contact me on my email. So that we together lodge complaint against them.
