Am member of 25 chutti.com. my membership id is 79924. I have taken membership on 26th December at Raghuleela mall kanadivli branch. There are 3 sales person involved I do not remember name of all but their boss name was Mr. OM Lahoti. now when I called customer care they say it is not reflecting in system and not under your membership you need to take upgraded membership for that. I have trusted company and sales team that was my biggest mistake. they have even do not allow us to take paper where they have explained & written services and promotional offer to me & my husband. they said we require this for filing. you will get everything in welcome kit.. it has been 15days I have not received any welcome kit. sales person do not pick up phone. when I called customer care, person told me you write a mail to listing down all things committed to you by sales person. Following features / offers committed to us by sales team (Mr. Om Lahoti) 1) 6N&8 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate. from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown) 2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 12 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed. 3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced. 4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel. 5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate. 6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you. 7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays. 8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel. and many more I can recollect only After becoming member when I feel sales person behaviour suspicious when I talked with customer care they said system does not reflect what you She said go to branch and ask sales person to update same in system. I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical. After personally visiting and dog like followup still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises, ... they have fooled me... 25 chutti is ######## organisation without any organisational structure, their staff themself are not aware of any procedures.They are only interested in sales but not in after sales service.
Need to stop them from fooling people and needs to take strong action against them to avoid trouble in future for others.

I also have received call from this company stating i won a lucky draw and they have kept some gifts ready for me. when i asked to send me all details on mail they refused and replied " they do not use mail.'
This was really very surprising in today's world when company do not use e-mail to communicate with people. this clearly says it was a case of cheating.
This call was from Vashi (Raguleela office).
i would suggest not to run for free item..nothing is free in this world until and unless you are paying for it.

I was called for presentation for 45 min at Raghuleela mall, Vashi.
The sales executives (Rukhsana shiekh, Prashant Rupekar, Sumit Jha) gave us false promises at low cost membership, free and anytime cancellations of membership, 50% refund of travelling ticket charges.
they Cheated us on credit card by swiping on a dummy machine and then swiping for a higher amount after stealing the password. .
They will make u sign a agreement without letting us read the docs. They say that we will be given a copy. Then they never give us any document
They first swipe the cards and make you pay. As u are busy signing docs, they will swipe for higher amount and you will not notice it.
The travelseva which is owner of 25chutti.com denies any claim by saying that you have signed an MOU in which membership is mentioned clearly non -refundable . the travel seva themselves never believe their executives and nor take their responsibilities.
So be careful when you go and visit them and don't get cheated like us.
They are clear cheater.

Respected sir/ma'am,
I, mrs, poonam swapnil jagtap. Mi id is 288448. I'm writing this letter requesting you to refund the money (40000rs) taken for five years membership. We received a call and were called to collect gift at amanora mall, pune. After 45 minutes discussion with your sales person, she told me your package details and company information. I will ask to give me a permission to call my family members about your membership. But your sales person didn't allow me to call. Then after a long discussion, i have paid 40000 rs for 5 years membership. Your sales person told me that if you want to buy or sell your package then we have brokers. Then we have signed your documents without reading it. Then i raised a request to cancel my membership and asking for refund my amount. Then i got call from thane office, and lady told me that this amount is non refundable. Within 1 and half hr discussion, your sales person never told me about this. Upon further discussion with our family, we decided on not continuing with the membership.
We hope our money is refunded back to us, as soon as possible, or we'll be forced to take serious actions.

now when I called customer care they say it is not reflecting in system and not under your membership you need to take upgraded membership for that.
I have trusted company and sales team that was my biggest mistake. they have even do not allow us to take paper where they have explained & written services and promotional offer to me & my husband. they said we require this for filing. you will get everything in welcome kit.. it has been 15days I have not received any welcome kit. sales person do not pick up phone.
when I called customer care, person told me you write a mail to listing down all things committed to you by sales person.
Following features / offers committed to us by sales team (Mr. Om Lahoti)
1) 6N&8 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate.
from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown)
2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 12 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed.
3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced.
4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel.
5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate.
6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you.
7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays.
8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel.

After becoming member when I feel sales person behaviour suspicious when I talked with customer care they said system does not reflect what you

I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical.
After personally visiting and dog like followup still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises, ...
they have fooled me... I want to warn all people do not deal with them they are liars cheater and not doing ethical business...

25 chutti is ######## organisation without any organisational structure, their staff themself are not aware of any procedures.They are only interested in sales but not in after sales service.
Need to stop them from fooling people and needs to take strong action against them to avoid trouble in future for others.

Dear Friends,
I also have received call from this company stating i won a lucky draw and they have kept some gifts ready for me. when i asked to send me all details on mail they refused and replied " they do not use mail.'
This was really very surprising in today's world when company do not use e-mail to communicate with people. this clearly says it was a case of cheating.
This call was from Vashi (Raguleela office).
i would suggest not to run for free item..nothing is free in this world until and unless you are paying for it.

I was called for presentation for 45 min at Raghuleela mall, Vashi.
The sales executives (Rukhsana shiekh, Prashant Rupekar, Sumit Jha) gave us false promises at low cost membership, free and anytime cancellations of membership, 50% refund of travelling ticket charges.
they Cheated us on credit card by swiping on a dummy machine and then swiping for a higher amount after stealing the password. .
They will make u sign a agreement without letting us read the docs. They say that we will be given a copy. Then they never give us any document
They first swipe the cards and make you pay. As u are busy signing docs, they will swipe for higher amount and you will not notice it.
The travelseva which is owner of 25chutti.com denies any claim by saying that you have signed an MOU in which membership is mentioned clearly non -refundable . the travel seva themselves never believe their executives and nor take their responsibilities.
So be careful when you go and visit them and don't get cheated like us.
They are clear cheater.
They will pass the buck once you pay the money.

Respected sir/ma'am,
I, mrs, poonam swapnil jagtap. Mi id is 288448. I'm writing this letter requesting you to refund the money (40000rs) taken for five years membership. We received a call and were called to collect gift at amanora mall, pune. After 45 minutes discussion with your sales person, she told me your package details and company information. I will ask to give me a permission to call my family members about your membership. But your sales person didn't allow me to call. Then after a long discussion, i have paid 40000 rs for 5 years membership. Your sales person told me that if you want to buy or sell your package then we have brokers. Then we have signed your documents without reading it. Then i raised a request to cancel my membership and asking for refund my amount. Then i got call from thane office, and lady told me that this amount is non refundable. Within 1 and half hr discussion, your sales person never told me about this. Upon further discussion with our family, we decided on not continuing with the membership.
We hope our money is refunded back to us, as soon as possible, or we'll be forced to take serious actions.I am doing dog like follow-up with their thane and pune executive but still my issue is not resolved.Tomorrow i am going to raise a FIR against them for false commitment .Also i will educate the other people not to take membership or i request u all please don't go to free gifts and their presentation.and pathetic 25 chutti support staff for not replying to complaint .They don't even bother to call the customer.Pathetic customer support team.I will take my action in my way.Please don't blame me for such type of condition.

Worst travel agency just like Mrs Rakhi shah I have faced the same problem. The sales executives royally ignore your messages and calls. Their poor call centre service is soo poor that they don't even cnncect your calls to the sales executives and jus give fake promise for the same. Even if we mail our complaints it's of no use. They too promise that they will connect our call to sales executives which never happens . They are here just to fool their customers. I too wish to cancel my membership and will never ever recommend anyone this agency.

I also took the membership from vashi in dec 2017.
I am also cheated by the company in the tune of 65000. they gave false promises. they show some different papers during scheme and whiling some other papers which are totally opposite to paper what you read.
