Holiday Voucher 2. LED TV 32” 3. Mobile 4. Dell Laptop (Model No. 3542, Worth Rs.32983/-) So I placed the order for Rs.1999/- Bombay diying Bedsheet) In the lucky draw I got Holiday voucher, for that I told Ms.Prachi Srivatsav (2dayshopping.com) that Hoiliday Voucher is no use for me, for that she told she will swap (exchange) the holiday voucher with any of the above said product by paying the balance amount. For that I opted to go for Laptop (Dell Laptop (Model No. 3542, Worth Rs.32983/-) and she told the amount to be paid as below: Dell Laptop Model No. 3542, Worth : Rs.32, 983.00 Less Holiday voucher & Discount : Rs.14, 000.00 Balance to be paid : Rs.18, 983.00 For this she asked me pay balance amount Rs.18, 983/- for the laptop, for this I told I am not having sufficient amount with me, she (Prachi Srivatsav) told to book / confirm the order she asked me to pay Rs.1000/- immediately and pay the balance amount after 3 to 4 days and I agree for that and made the payment on the same i.e. 14.11.2014 vide net banking on the same day (bank statement enclosed transaction reference no. [protected] Q9945IG00) I borrowed the amount from my friends for interest (transaction detailed in the statement dtd 15.11.2014 & 17.11.2014 Rs.10, 000/- + Rs.10, 000/-) Again I received the call from Prachi Srivatsav on 17.11.2014 asking to pay the balance amount of Rs.17, 983/- accordingly I made the payment rounded to Rs.18, 000/- vide net banking (Ref No. [protected] W7685IG00F). After payment She assured me that the product will be dispatch within 15 working days after receiving my first order i.e. bed sheet. After continuous follow-up I received my 1st order (bed sheet) after 01 month when asked for lap top they told that it will be dispatched in 07 days. After 07 days I again had called them for laptop they again told that it will be dispatched in days time, one fine day I received a call from Mr. Rahul Mehta (Dispatch section) that I need to pay Rs.5, 000/- for insurance for which I told them clearly that these issue (Rs.5, 000/- insurance charges) is not been discussed while booking / confirming the order. For this they told that it is the policy and I have to pay compulsory to dispatch the lap top. I request them a lot but they are not agreeing for and demanded to pay Rs.5000/-. Now also I am receiving continuous call to make the payment tell that my lap top is laying in dispatch section. I am now struck up with the amount paid to them (Rs.19, 000/-) and owe debt of Rs.20, 000/- to my friends. Left with no other option on consultant with my friend I approached your good self.
