2dayshoppings.com — Refund not returend

Sir, i have booked Bedsheet no.B0003, on 28th November 2014.but your item has not delivered by the time you have given .so i cancel the order on 17th december 2014. your excutive said the my refund will be send my account within 45 days .but 2 months over no refund has been send my account and your telephone not responding .
I therefore request refund my Rs.1999 by 21th feb 2015 other wise i will go to cosumer voice.
