Dear sir/madam,
On the 4th nov i have got my phone which i have given orderd. After getting the phone using 1 one without inserting sim, touch screen doesnt word and also over heating problem. Then i have compaint to customer service they have told me they will refund my money after visting of engineer. 2times engineer have visted to see the mobile, infront o[censored]s engineer have told that this phone have lot of problem, after going engineer have update something else which doesnt match with us or else which he have told infront o[censored]s. The again i have called customer service they have told me that they will refund me, suddenly on the date 11th nov they tod me that they wont refund me. There words have no value.
I wish you to solve my problem and i get the refund. They are playing with customers feeling. 9000 amount is not less poor family, its a salary of 2month. Was this information helpful? |
