3C Builder — lotus city yamuna expressway project delay - 7+ years

I bought plot at 3cs lotus city project in 2011 but after 7 years we have no clue whether we get the possession or not. They have not done any work on the site. When you call up at there noida office there team has no idea when the work will resume on the site. Even i visited their office and site, employees have no clue but would like to settle in another painful project - lotus panache.

Up govt is also failed to take any strict action against such builder who cheat general public. We need strict action against builder and our hard-earned money back. Administration must prosecute vidhur bhardwaj and attach his properties/assets to pay back investors.
