[Resolved] 3m India Limited — 3m car care annual package
I have purchased the 3m annual car care package from 3m on march 3 from xenex wheels (Near kims hospital, ministers rd, sec-bad), for my new elite i20 car and paid 16200 inr.
They give you a booklet which has coupons for 5 car washes, uv protection, paint sealant, germkleem plus, powershine, germkleen.
So, today on apr 1, 2016.. I took my car for a wash to 3m, ministers road, sec-bad. They asked me to sit in the tv room and took the car wash coupon from booklet.
While i was waiting the guy who calls himself as owner/ananth explains me about other products and wants me to buy them like nomad mats, paint protection film etc to which i said no.
After 20-30 mins they said that the car wash is completed. When i went to check out.. To my amazement, all they did was vacuum the interior and no car wash was done.
All the dirt on the exterior of the car is same as before. The mud in the wheels and wheel arches, the dried dust on the roof, the stains on the front windshield everything like before.
Basically they did not even touch the outside of the car. Now when i raised this issue ananth and 2 of his employees started to argue with me saying car wash was done.
But there was not even a single drop of water anywhere on the car
After sometime they agreed to wash again, but all they did was spray the water and rubbed the car with bare hands (No foam/soap/cloth).
When i asked them arent you goin to scratch the car by this way, they are asking me to give another coupon which is for powershine. So, they make scratches wantedly and want me to handover the powershine coupon which supposedly removes the scratches.
I immediately tried to call the customer care number given on the booklet ([protected]) but it was invalid!!. So i called justdial and found out the correct number for customer care and called them up. The lady from the customer care asked me all kinds of details but rejected my request for a refund. They are not even giving any complaint number etc., so basically ccare is non-existant.
Dear 3m india limited, pls kindly refund my money which i paid for the complete car care package: 16200 inr. I am never taking my car again to any of your franchises in india.
