[Resolved]  3m India Limited — mercedes e class power window failure due to 3m service

I dr shivam sethi, had given my mercedes benz e class for advanced cleaning and germiclean interior to 3m car care sarswati kunj ii, wazirabad, sector 52, gurugram on 27th of december 2018.
To my dismay i regret the decision.
My car's passenger side power window switch stopped working. The window is working absolutely fine from the driver side although.
I approached the 3m car care over the phone and they out front said we don't know. Visit a workshop and get it done. Which was very rude and totally unprofessional.
I again visited the centre and they reassured me that we are not equipped for this. Please visit a workshop nearby.

My concern is that when i gave my car in perfect condition how can you return it in this state.

I don't know if they have splashed water into it or what but my power window has to be fixed.

Such a thing is totally unacceptable from a company like 3m. It adds to the repute and i would be scared to hand over my car to any 3m store henceforth and would never advice anyone to visit a 3m car care.

Such unprofessional and uncouth behavior from 3m make me regret my decision to hand over my car.

A person enthails their trust because of the brand and shells out money for the same. Rather it has become a task now. I am a doctor and have to uselessly take out time visiting the store again and again and now go for repairs.

The problem has been created by 3m and now it's your responsibility and to get it rectified.

I met Mr. Nikhil today from 3M who accompanied me to the local workshop and took care to get the things checked. There was a local franchise person along as well.
The window switch needs replacement for which Mr Nikhil assured me that it will be done asap. Happy with the efforts.
He just asked for 24 hours to coordinate the things.. Waiting for that...

I have been in constant touch with Mr Nikhil from your end and the car has been checked TWICE for the problem is well.
It's been 4weeks!!! How many days you need for solving the problem.
I really regret my decision to hand over my car to 3M and would never advice anyone to do so as well.
