7 Star Digital (united Cable) — choice of channels not activated

I am not being given fta channels of my choice and some of the fta channels are thrust on me which i have not chosen. There are broadcasters' packs shown on trai website but the cable tv provider says it is not available (Zee tamil prime pack, disney hindi, sony happy india english).
I asked for some fta channels to be added & others to be dropped in their place to maintain the count of 100 channels.

The cable tv operator said that the choice of channels made in february end cannot be changed for 3 months. When i protested that there was no such mention on his form or on trai website, he was unrelenting.
