I have order a mobile photo cover of one plus 7 pro on 12 august and today is 11 september it a month i have order from application "99 mobile cover" with extra shipping chargers of 60/- and price of cover is 99/- and which is total 159/- there is no proper tracking service provided the application owner/user provide 2 mobile numbers i. E. [protected], [protected] which are not picked up and mostly are switched off the application itself has provided the numbers for query raised, i have tried all the source to connect with the numbers provided to from whats app instagram and also by calling screenshots attached, even i have tried to connect with ship rocket and ecom express the delivery partners of the application even then those are not providing proper service and track of order hence i have attached screenshots as below i want compensation of delay and also not providing proper service, i also understand the pendamic situation and have also waiting till 31 september, but then i started calling and messaging to ecom express and ship rocket and 99 photo cover but than the experience was worst
